Al-Anfal 8:72 ان الذين امنوا وهاجروا وجاهدوا باموالهم وانفسهم في سبيل الله والذين اووا ونصروا اولايك بعضهم اولياء بعض والذين امنوا ولم يهاجروا ما لكم من ولايتهم من شيء حتى يهاجروا وان استنصروكم في الدين فعليكم النصر الا على قوم بينكم وبينهم ميثاق والله بما تعملون بصير ٧٢
إِنَّ
ٱلَّذِينَ
ءَامَنُواْ
وَهَاجَرُواْ
وَجَٰهَدُواْ
بِأَمۡوَٰلِهِمۡ
وَأَنفُسِهِمۡ
فِي
سَبِيلِ
ٱللَّهِ
وَٱلَّذِينَ
ءَاوَواْ
وَّنَصَرُوٓاْ
أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ
بَعۡضُهُمۡ
أَوۡلِيَآءُ
بَعۡضٖۚ
وَٱلَّذِينَ
ءَامَنُواْ
وَلَمۡ
يُهَاجِرُواْ
مَا
لَكُم
مِّن
وَلَٰيَتِهِم
مِّن
شَيۡءٍ
حَتَّىٰ
يُهَاجِرُواْۚ
وَإِنِ
ٱسۡتَنصَرُوكُمۡ
فِي
ٱلدِّينِ
فَعَلَيۡكُمُ
ٱلنَّصۡرُ
إِلَّا
عَلَىٰ
قَوۡمِۭ
بَيۡنَكُمۡ
وَبَيۡنَهُم
مِّيثَٰقٞۗ
وَٱللَّهُ
بِمَا
تَعۡمَلُونَ
بَصِيرٞ
٧٢
Ceux qui, après avoir embrassé la foi, ont émigré et sacrifié leurs biens et leurs vies pour la cause d’Allah1 sont unis par des liens indéfectibles à ceux qui leur ont offert asile et prêté assistance2. Quant à ceux qui se sont convertis sans pour autant quitter leur patrie3, vous n’avez nullement à leur reconnaître de tels liens tant qu’ils n’ont pas émigré à leur tour. Si toutefois ils réclament votre soutien au nom de votre foi commune, apportez-leur votre assistance, à moins que ce soit contre un groupe auquel vous êtes liés par un pacte. Allah voit parfaitement ce que vous faites.
