Al-Anfal 8:44 واذ يريكموهم اذ التقيتم في اعينكم قليلا ويقللكم في اعينهم ليقضي الله امرا كان مفعولا والى الله ترجع الامور ٤٤
وَإِذۡ
يُرِيكُمُوهُمۡ
إِذِ
ٱلۡتَقَيۡتُمۡ
فِيٓ
أَعۡيُنِكُمۡ
قَلِيلٗا
وَيُقَلِّلُكُمۡ
فِيٓ
أَعۡيُنِهِمۡ
لِيَقۡضِيَ
ٱللَّهُ
أَمۡرٗا
كَانَ
مَفۡعُولٗاۗ
وَإِلَى
ٱللَّهِ
تُرۡجَعُ
ٱلۡأُمُورُ
٤٤
Lorsque les deux armées se firent face, Il fit paraître vos ennemis peu nombreux à vos yeux, de même que vous leur paraissiez peu nombreux, afin que le décret d’Allah soit exécuté. Toute décision appartient à Allah.

Allah made each Group look few in the Eye of the Other
Mujahid said, "In a dream, Allah showed the Prophet the enemy as few. The Prophet conveyed this news to his Companions and their resolve strengthened." Similar was said by Ibn Ishaq and several others. Allah said,
