ٱلۡمَالُ
وَٱلۡبَنُونَ
زِينَةُ
ٱلۡحَيَوٰةِ
ٱلدُّنۡيَاۖ
وَٱلۡبَٰقِيَٰتُ
ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتُ
خَيۡرٌ
عِندَ
رَبِّكَ
ثَوَابٗا
وَخَيۡرٌ
أَمَلٗا
٤٦
Les richesses et les enfants sont la vaine parure de cette vie, contrairement aux bonnes œuvres qui laissent espérer une récompense plus généreuse et plus durable auprès de ton Seigneur.

The Parable of the Worldly Life
Allah says:
وَاضْرِبْ لَهُم
(And mention) O Muhammad, to the people,
مَثَلُ الْحَيَوةِ الدُّنْيَا
(the parable of the worldly life), its transient nature and how it will eventually cease and come to an end.
كَمَآءٍ أَنزَلْنَاهُ مِنَ السَّمَآءِ فَاخْتَلَطَ بِهِ نَبَاتُ الاٌّ
