وَٱذۡكُرُوٓاْ
إِذۡ
جَعَلَكُمۡ
خُلَفَآءَ
مِنۢ
بَعۡدِ
عَادٖ
وَبَوَّأَكُمۡ
فِي
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
تَتَّخِذُونَ
مِن
سُهُولِهَا
قُصُورٗا
وَتَنۡحِتُونَ
ٱلۡجِبَالَ
بُيُوتٗاۖ
فَٱذۡكُرُوٓاْ
ءَالَآءَ
ٱللَّهِ
وَلَا
تَعۡثَوۡاْ
فِي
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
مُفۡسِدِينَ

Souvenez-vous comment, après la disparition des ‘Ad, Il vous a fait hériter du pouvoir et vous a puissamment établis sur terre, vous permettant de bâtir des palais dans les plaines et de tailler des demeures dans le roc. Souvenez-vous donc des faveurs d’Allah et gardez-vous de répandre le mal sur terre. »
