Al-A’ráf 7:70 قالوا اجيتنا لنعبد الله وحده ونذر ما كان يعبد اباونا فاتنا بما تعدنا ان كنت من الصادقين ٧٠
قَالُوٓاْ
أَجِئۡتَنَا
لِنَعۡبُدَ
ٱللَّهَ
وَحۡدَهُۥ
وَنَذَرَ
مَا
كَانَ
يَعۡبُدُ
ءَابَآؤُنَا
فَأۡتِنَا
بِمَا
تَعِدُنَآ
إِن
كُنتَ
مِنَ
ٱلصَّٰدِقِينَ
٧٠
Dijeron: “¿Acaso has venido para que adoremos a Dios solamente y abandonemos lo que adoraban nuestros padres? Haz que se cumpla el castigo con que nos amenazas si es que dices la verdad”.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Allah mentions the rebellion, defiance and stubbornness of Hud'speople, and their opposition to him, peace be upon him,
قَالُواْ أَجِئْتَنَا لِنَعْبُدَ اللَّهَ وَحْدَهُ
(They said: "You have come to us that we should worship Allah Alone") Later on, the disbelievers of Quraysh said,
وَإِذْ قَالُواْ اللّ
