إِنَّ
عِدَّةَ
ٱلشُّهُورِ
عِندَ
ٱللَّهِ
ٱثۡنَا
عَشَرَ
شَهۡرٗا
فِي
كِتَٰبِ
ٱللَّهِ
يَوۡمَ
خَلَقَ
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ
مِنۡهَآ
أَرۡبَعَةٌ
حُرُمٞۚ
ذَٰلِكَ
ٱلدِّينُ
ٱلۡقَيِّمُۚ
فَلَا
تَظۡلِمُواْ
فِيهِنَّ
أَنفُسَكُمۡۚ
وَقَٰتِلُواْ
ٱلۡمُشۡرِكِينَ
كَآفَّةٗ
كَمَا
يُقَٰتِلُونَكُمۡ
كَآفَّةٗۚ
وَٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ
أَنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
مَعَ
ٱلۡمُتَّقِينَ
٣٦
Lakkoofsi ji’ootaa Rabbi biratti ji’a kudha lamaI, kitaaba Rabbii keessatti, gaafuma samiifi dachii uume. saan keessaa afur kabajamoodha. Sanatu amantii sirriiti. Isaan keessatti lubbuulee keessan hin miidhinaa. Mushrikoota tokko ta’aatii lolaa akkuma isaan tokko ta’anii isiniin lolan; Rabbiin warra isa sodaatan wajjin ta’uu beekaa.

The Year consists of Twelve Months
Imam Ahmad recorded that Abu Bakrah said that the Prophet said in a speech during his Hajj,
«أَلَا إِنَّ الزَّمَانَ قَدِ اسْتَدَارَ كَهَيْئَتِهِ يَوْمَ خَلَقَ اللهُ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ، السَّنَةُ اثْنَا عَشَرَ شَهْرًا مِنْهَا أَرْبَعُةٌ حُرُمٌ، ثَلَاثَةٌ مُتَوَ
