ٱللَّهُ
يَعۡلَمُ
مَا
تَحۡمِلُ
كُلُّ
أُنثَىٰ
وَمَا
تَغِيضُ
ٱلۡأَرۡحَامُ
وَمَا
تَزۡدَادُۚ
وَكُلُّ
شَيۡءٍ
عِندَهُۥ
بِمِقۡدَارٍ
٨
Allah ayebi oyo mwasi amemi okati ya libumu naye, na eleko oyo ekosala o kati ya libumu, na bozingami bona, mpe atiya eloko na eloko na ndelo na yango.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Allah is the All-Knower of Al-Ghayb (Unseen)
Allah affirms His perfect knowledge, from which nothing is hidden, and that He has complete knowledge of whatever every female creature is carrying,
وَيَعْلَمُ مَا فِى الاٌّرْحَامِ
(And He knows that which is in the wombs.) (31:34) whether male or female,
