ٱللَّهُ
يَعۡلَمُ
مَا
تَحۡمِلُ
كُلُّ
أُنثَىٰ
وَمَا
تَغِيضُ
ٱلۡأَرۡحَامُ
وَمَا
تَزۡدَادُۚ
وَكُلُّ
شَيۡءٍ
عِندَهُۥ
بِمِقۡدَارٍ
٨
Yalli kulli saytiyay gidah (idqissoh) bagut takkuqeh tanim labik sayim yaaxigeh, gidak (idqissok) maxax fanak caxam kee sağla alsak duma taabukem hinnay gidak (idqissok) sağla alsak amot как ossimtam yaaxigeh, ummaanim Yallih xaqul waadol tan, tamaggay hinnay daggowtay.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Allah is the All-Knower of Al-Ghayb (Unseen)
Allah affirms His perfect knowledge, from which nothing is hidden, and that He has complete knowledge of whatever every female creature is carrying,
وَيَعْلَمُ مَا فِى الاٌّرْحَامِ
(And He knows that which is in the wombs.) (31:34) whether male or female,
