وَأَنكِحُواْ
ٱلۡأَيَٰمَىٰ
مِنكُمۡ
وَٱلصَّٰلِحِينَ
مِنۡ
عِبَادِكُمۡ
وَإِمَآئِكُمۡۚ
إِن
يَكُونُواْ
فُقَرَآءَ
يُغۡنِهِمُ
ٱللَّهُ
مِن
فَضۡلِهِۦۗ
وَٱللَّهُ
وَٰسِعٌ
عَلِيمٞ
٣٢
Căsătoriți-i pe cei care sunt singuri dintre voi, precum și pe cei virtuoși dintre robii și roabele voastre. Dacă ei sunt săraci, Allah îi va face bogați prin mare Mila Sa, căci Allah este Uasi' [Cel cu Har Nemărginit] [și] 'Alim [Bineștiutor].

The Command to marry
These clear Ayat include a group of unambiguous rulings and firm commands.
وَأَنْكِحُواْ الأَيَمَى مِنْكُمْ
(And marry those among you who are single (Al-Ayama)....) This is a command to marry. The Prophet said:
«يَا مَعْشَرَ الشَّبَابِ، مَنِ اسْتَطَاعَ مِنْكُمُ الْبَاءَةَ فَلْيَتَز
