ٱلزَّانِي
لَا
يَنكِحُ
إِلَّا
زَانِيَةً
أَوۡ
مُشۡرِكَةٗ
وَٱلزَّانِيَةُ
لَا
يَنكِحُهَآ
إِلَّا
زَانٍ
أَوۡ
مُشۡرِكٞۚ
وَحُرِّمَ
ذَٰلِكَ
عَلَى
ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ

Cel care preacurvește nu se însoară decât cu o femeie care preacurvește sau cu o păgână, iar pe femeia care preacurvește nu o ia de nevastă decât un bărbat care preacurvește1 sau un păgân. Acest lucru [căsătoria cu o astfel de persoană] le este oprit dreptcredincioșilor.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
وَالزَّانِيَةُ لاَ يَنكِحُهَآ إِلاَّ زَانٍ
(and the Zaniyah, none marries her except a Zani) a sinful man who is guilty of fornication,
أَوْ مُشْرِكَةً
(or a Mushrik) (a man) who does not think it is unlawful.
وَحُرِّمَ ذلِكَ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
(Such a thing is forbidden to the believers.) meaning, ind
