ٱلزَّانِي
لَا
يَنكِحُ
إِلَّا
زَانِيَةً
أَوۡ
مُشۡرِكَةٗ
وَٱلزَّانِيَةُ
لَا
يَنكِحُهَآ
إِلَّا
زَانٍ
أَوۡ
مُشۡرِكٞۚ
وَحُرِّمَ
ذَٰلِكَ
عَلَى
ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ

ਜ਼ਾਨੀ ਪੁਰਸ਼ ਦਾ ਛੁੱਟ ਜ਼ਾਨੀ ਜਾਂ ਮੁਸ਼ਰਿਕ ਔਰਤ ਤੋਂ ਹੋਰ ਕਿਸੇ (ਨੇਕ ਔਰਤ) ਨਾਲ ਨਿਕਾਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਜ਼ਾਨੀ ਔਰਤ ਦਾ ਛੁੱਟ ਜ਼ਾਨੀ ਮਰਦ ਜਾਂ ਮੁਸ਼ਰਿਕ ਮਰਦ ਤੋਂ ਹੋਰ (ਕਿਸੇ ਨੇਕ ਮਰਦ) ਨਾਲ ਨਿਕਾਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਈਮਾਨ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਰੋਕ (ਭਾਵ ਹਰਾਮ ਕਰ) ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
وَالزَّانِيَةُ لاَ يَنكِحُهَآ إِلاَّ زَانٍ
(and the Zaniyah, none marries her except a Zani) a sinful man who is guilty of fornication,
أَوْ مُشْرِكَةً
(or a Mushrik) (a man) who does not think it is unlawful.
وَحُرِّمَ ذلِكَ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
(Such a thing is forbidden to the believers.) meaning, ind

(and the Zaniyah, none marries her except a Zani) a sinful man who is guilty of fornication,
