وَمَن
يَقۡتُلۡ
مُؤۡمِنٗا
مُّتَعَمِّدٗا
فَجَزَآؤُهُۥ
جَهَنَّمُ
خَٰلِدٗا
فِيهَا
وَغَضِبَ
ٱللَّهُ
عَلَيۡهِ
وَلَعَنَهُۥ
وَأَعَدَّ
لَهُۥ
عَذَابًا
عَظِيمٗا
٩٣
ជនណាហើយដែលបានសម្លាប់អ្នកមានជំនឿម្នាក់ដោយចេតនា ការតបស្នងចំពោះជននោះ គឺនរកជើហាន់ណាំដោយគេត្រូវស្ថិតនៅក្នុងនោះជាអមតៈ ព្រមទាំងទទួលនូវការខឹងសម្បាពីអល់ឡោះ និងបណ្តាសាពីទ្រង់។ ហើយទ្រង់បានរៀបចំសម្រាប់គេនូវទណ្ឌកម្មដ៏ធ្ងន់ធ្ងរបំផុត។

The Ruling Concerning Killing a Believer by Mistake
Allah states that the believer is not allowed to kill his believing brother under any circumstances. In the Two Sahihs, it is recorded that Ibn Mas`ud said that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said,
«لَا يَحِلُّ دَمُ امْرِىءٍ مُسْلِمٍ يَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِله
