وَمَن
يَقۡتُلۡ
مُؤۡمِنٗا
مُّتَعَمِّدٗا
فَجَزَآؤُهُۥ
جَهَنَّمُ
خَٰلِدٗا
فِيهَا
وَغَضِبَ
ٱللَّهُ
عَلَيۡهِ
وَلَعَنَهُۥ
وَأَعَدَّ
لَهُۥ
عَذَابًا
عَظِيمٗا
٩٣
Bisan kinsa nga mopatay og magtotoo nga tinuyo, ang iyang balus mao ang Imperno; siya magpabilin niini sa hangtod, ug ang Kasuko sa Allah maanaa kaniya ug ang Iyang Tunglo, ug Siya nag-andam alang kaniya sa usa ka hilabihan nga Silot.

The Ruling Concerning Killing a Believer by Mistake
Allah states that the believer is not allowed to kill his believing brother under any circumstances. In the Two Sahihs, it is recorded that Ibn Mas`ud said that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said,
«لَا يَحِلُّ دَمُ امْرِىءٍ مُسْلِمٍ يَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِله
