وَمَن
يَقۡتُلۡ
مُؤۡمِنٗا
مُّتَعَمِّدٗا
فَجَزَآؤُهُۥ
جَهَنَّمُ
خَٰلِدٗا
فِيهَا
وَغَضِبَ
ٱللَّهُ
عَلَيۡهِ
وَلَعَنَهُۥ
وَأَعَدَّ
لَهُۥ
عَذَابًا
عَظِيمٗا
٩٣
او هغه څوك چې مومن په قصد (او ارادې) سره قتل كړي، نو د هغه سزا جهنم دى، چې همېشه به په هغه كې وي او الله پر ده باندې غضب كړى دى او پر ده يې لعنت كړى دى او د ده لپاره يې بېخي لوى عذاب تیار كړى دى

The Ruling Concerning Killing a Believer by Mistake
Allah states that the believer is not allowed to kill his believing brother under any circumstances. In the Two Sahihs, it is recorded that Ibn Mas`ud said that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said,
«لَا يَحِلُّ دَمُ امْرِىءٍ مُسْلِمٍ يَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِله
