لِّلرِّجَالِ
نَصِيبٞ
مِّمَّا
تَرَكَ
ٱلۡوَٰلِدَانِ
وَٱلۡأَقۡرَبُونَ
وَلِلنِّسَآءِ
نَصِيبٞ
مِّمَّا
تَرَكَ
ٱلۡوَٰلِدَانِ
وَٱلۡأَقۡرَبُونَ
مِمَّا
قَلَّ
مِنۡهُ
أَوۡ
كَثُرَۚ
نَصِيبٗا
مَّفۡرُوضٗا
٧
७) जुन सम्पत्ति आमा बाबु र नातागोताले छाडी मर्दछन्, थोरै होस् अथवा धेरै, त्यसमा लोग्ने मानिसको अंश छ र आईमाईहरूको पनि । (यी अंशहरू) निर्धारित गरिएका हुन् ।
