وَلِلَّهِ
مَا
فِي
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
وَمَا
فِي
ٱلۡأَرۡضِۗ
وَلَقَدۡ
وَصَّيۡنَا
ٱلَّذِينَ
أُوتُواْ
ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ
مِن
قَبۡلِكُمۡ
وَإِيَّاكُمۡ
أَنِ
ٱتَّقُواْ
ٱللَّهَۚ
وَإِن
تَكۡفُرُواْ
فَإِنَّ
لِلَّهِ
مَا
فِي
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
وَمَا
فِي
ٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ
وَكَانَ
ٱللَّهُ
غَنِيًّا
حَمِيدٗا
١٣١
Ale lui Allah sunt toate cele din Ceruri și de pe Pământ. Noi le-am poruncit celor cărora le-a fost dată Scriptura înaintea voastră, precum și vouă să aveți frică de Allah, dar dacă voi nu credeți, atunci ale lui Allah sunt toate cele din Ceruri și de pe Pământ. Și Allah este Ghaniyy [Înstărit] [și] Hamid [Vrednic de Laudă].

The Necessity of Taqwa of Allah
Allah states that He is the Owner of the heavens and earth and that He is the Supreme Authority over them. Hence Allah's statement,
وَلَقَدْ وَصَّيْنَا الَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ الْكِتَبَ مِن قَبْلِكُمْ وَإِيَّكُمْ
(And verily, We have recommended to the People of the Scripture
