وَلِلَّهِ
مَا
فِي
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
وَمَا
فِي
ٱلۡأَرۡضِۗ
وَلَقَدۡ
وَصَّيۡنَا
ٱلَّذِينَ
أُوتُواْ
ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ
مِن
قَبۡلِكُمۡ
وَإِيَّاكُمۡ
أَنِ
ٱتَّقُواْ
ٱللَّهَۚ
وَإِن
تَكۡفُرُواْ
فَإِنَّ
لِلَّهِ
مَا
فِي
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
وَمَا
فِي
ٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ
وَكَانَ
ٱللَّهُ
غَنِيًّا
حَمِيدٗا
١٣١
Qaranwal tanim kee Baaxô Bagul taniimih Reeda inkih Yalli-le, Nummah siinik duma kitab kah yontocowwime maraa kee sin kinnuk) inkih Yallak meesita iyyaanamah sin farrimne, Yalli sin edde farriimeemil koroositteenik, toysa diggah Yalli Qaranwal tanim kee Baaxô Bagul taniimih Reeda usuk-le, Yalli isi ginok gaddali isi Naqoosah yecee Niqmatal fayla-li kinni.

The Necessity of Taqwa of Allah
Allah states that He is the Owner of the heavens and earth and that He is the Supreme Authority over them. Hence Allah's statement,
وَلَقَدْ وَصَّيْنَا الَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ الْكِتَبَ مِن قَبْلِكُمْ وَإِيَّكُمْ
