وَلِلَّهِ
مَا
فِي
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
وَمَا
فِي
ٱلۡأَرۡضِۗ
وَلَقَدۡ
وَصَّيۡنَا
ٱلَّذِينَ
أُوتُواْ
ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ
مِن
قَبۡلِكُمۡ
وَإِيَّاكُمۡ
أَنِ
ٱتَّقُواْ
ٱللَّهَۚ
وَإِن
تَكۡفُرُواْ
فَإِنَّ
لِلَّهِ
مَا
فِي
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
وَمَا
فِي
ٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ
وَكَانَ
ٱللَّهُ
غَنِيًّا
حَمِيدٗا
١٣١
Soni yaili kumawunde ni yaili petaka nsyene jwakwe Allah, soni chisimu chene pamasile pa twaachisyisye aŵala ŵana kupedwaga chitabu paujo penu (Ayuda ni Akilisito) ni jenumanja ŵakwe yanti mun'jogopani Allah, nambo naga nkufulu, basi (ni yenu), chisimu Allah iŵele Yakwe yaili kumawunde ni yaili petaka, ni aŵele Allah Jwakupata kwejinji Jwakulapilidwa kusyesyene.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
The Necessity of Taqwa of Allah
Allah states that He is the Owner of the heavens and earth and that He is the Supreme Authority over them. Hence Allah's statement,
وَلَقَدْ وَصَّيْنَا الَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ الْكِتَبَ مِن قَبْلِكُمْ وَإِيَّكُمْ
(And verily, We have recommended to the People of the Scripture
