وَلِلَّهِ
مَا
فِي
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
وَمَا
فِي
ٱلۡأَرۡضِۗ
وَلَقَدۡ
وَصَّيۡنَا
ٱلَّذِينَ
أُوتُواْ
ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ
مِن
قَبۡلِكُمۡ
وَإِيَّاكُمۡ
أَنِ
ٱتَّقُواْ
ٱللَّهَۚ
وَإِن
تَكۡفُرُواْ
فَإِنَّ
لِلَّهِ
مَا
فِي
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
وَمَا
فِي
ٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ
وَكَانَ
ٱللَّهُ
غَنِيًّا
حَمِيدٗا
١٣١
Осмонлару ердаги нарсалар Аллоҳникидир. Батаҳқиқ, Биз сиздан олдин китоб берилганларга ҳам, сизга ҳам: «Аллоҳга тақво қилинглар», деб васият қилдик. Агар куфр келтирсангиз, албатта, осмонлару ердаги нарсалар Аллоҳникидир. Ва Аллоҳ беҳожат ва мақталган Зотдир.

The Necessity of Taqwa of Allah
Allah states that He is the Owner of the heavens and earth and that He is the Supreme Authority over them. Hence Allah's statement,
وَلَقَدْ وَصَّيْنَا الَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ الْكِتَبَ مِن قَبْلِكُمْ وَإِيَّكُمْ
(And verily, We have recommended to the People of the Scripture
