وَلَا
تَشۡتَرُواْ
بِعَهۡدِ
ٱللَّهِ
ثَمَنٗا
قَلِيلًاۚ
إِنَّمَا
عِندَ
ٱللَّهِ
هُوَ
خَيۡرٞ
لَّكُمۡ
إِن
كُنتُمۡ
تَعۡلَمُونَ
٩٥
Und verschachert Allahs Bund nicht zu einem armseligen Preis. Wahrlich, was bei Allah ist, ist besser für euch, wenn ihr es nur wüßtet.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
If Allah had willed, He would have made all of Humanity one Nation
Allah says:
وَلَوْ شَآءَ اللَّهُ لَجَعَلَكُمْ
(And had Allah willed, He would have made you) meaning - O mankind,
أُمَّةً وَحِدَةً
((all) one nation,) This is like the Ayah:
وَلَوْ شَآءَ رَبُّكَ لآمَنَ مَن فِى الاٌّرْضِ كُلُّهُمْ جَمِيع
