An-Nahl 16:95 ولا تشتروا بعهد الله ثمنا قليلا انما عند الله هو خير لكم ان كنتم تعلمون ٩٥
وَلَا
تَشۡتَرُواْ
بِعَهۡدِ
ٱللَّهِ
ثَمَنٗا
قَلِيلًاۚ
إِنَّمَا
عِندَ
ٱللَّهِ
هُوَ
خَيۡرٞ
لَّكُمۡ
إِن
كُنتُمۡ
تَعۡلَمُونَ
٩٥
Kada ku sayi 'yan kuɗi kaɗan da alkawarin Allah. Lalle ne abin da yake a wurin Allah shi ne mafi alhẽri a gare ku, idan kun kasance kunã sani.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
If Allah had willed, He would have made all of Humanity one Nation
Allah says:
وَلَوْ شَآءَ اللَّهُ لَجَعَلَكُمْ
(And had Allah willed, He would have made you) meaning - O mankind,
أُمَّةً وَحِدَةً
((all) one nation,) This is like the Ayah:
وَلَوْ شَآءَ رَبُّكَ لآمَنَ مَن فِى الاٌّرْضِ كُلُّهُمْ جَمِيع
