وَلَوۡ
شَآءَ
ٱللَّهُ
لَجَعَلَكُمۡ
أُمَّةٗ
وَٰحِدَةٗ
وَلَٰكِن
يُضِلُّ
مَن
يَشَآءُ
وَيَهۡدِي
مَن
يَشَآءُۚ
وَلَتُسۡـَٔلُنَّ
عَمَّا
كُنتُمۡ
تَعۡمَلُونَ

Ad Wẽnd sã n da tʋllẽ, A rag n na maan yãmb tɩ y yaa zãma a yembre, la ad Wẽnd menesda A sẽn rata soab la A kãndagd A sẽn rat soaba, la ad b na n sok-y lame y sẽn da yɩ n tʋmdẽ wã.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
If Allah had willed, He would have made all of Humanity one Nation
Allah says:
وَلَوْ شَآءَ اللَّهُ لَجَعَلَكُمْ
(And had Allah willed, He would have made you) meaning - O mankind,
أُمَّةً وَحِدَةً
((all) one nation,) This is like the Ayah:
وَلَوْ شَآءَ رَبُّكَ لآمَنَ مَن فِى الاٌّرْضِ كُلُّهُمْ جَمِيع
