ٱدۡعُ
إِلَىٰ
سَبِيلِ
رَبِّكَ
بِٱلۡحِكۡمَةِ
وَٱلۡمَوۡعِظَةِ
ٱلۡحَسَنَةِۖ
وَجَٰدِلۡهُم
بِٱلَّتِي
هِيَ
أَحۡسَنُۚ
إِنَّ
رَبَّكَ
هُوَ
أَعۡلَمُ
بِمَن
ضَلَّ
عَن
سَبِيلِهِۦ
وَهُوَ
أَعۡلَمُ
بِٱلۡمُهۡتَدِينَ

ته د خپل رب لارې ته په حكمت سره او ښكلي نصیحت سره بلنه كوه او له دوى سره په هغې طریقې سره مجادله (مباحثه) كوه چې هغه تر ټولو ښه وي، بېشكه ستا رب (چې دى) هغه ښه پوه دى پر هغه كس چې د هغه له لارې نه ګمراه شوى دى او هغه ښه پوه دى پر لار موندونكو باندې

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
The Command to invite people to Allah with Wisdom and Good Preaching
Allah commands His Messenger Muhammad ﷺ to invite the people to Allah with Hikmah (wisdom). Ibn Jarir said: "That is what was revealed to him from the Book and the Sunnah."
وَالْمَوْعِظَةِ الْحَسَنَةِ
(and fair preaching) meaning,
