Al-Mu'minun 23:8 والذين هم لاماناتهم وعهدهم راعون ٨
وَٱلَّذِينَ
هُمۡ
لِأَمَٰنَٰتِهِمۡ
وَعَهۡدِهِمۡ
رَٰعُونَ
٨
And they who are to their trusts and their promises attentive

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Which was Revealed in Makkah
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَـنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

قَدْ أَفْلَحَ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ
(Successful indeed are the believers) means, they have attained victory and are
