فَٱنطَلَقَا
حَتَّىٰٓ
إِذَآ
أَتَيَآ
أَهۡلَ
قَرۡيَةٍ
ٱسۡتَطۡعَمَآ
أَهۡلَهَا
فَأَبَوۡاْ
أَن
يُضَيِّفُوهُمَا
فَوَجَدَا
فِيهَا
جِدَارٗا
يُرِيدُ
أَن
يَنقَضَّ
فَأَقَامَهُۥۖ
قَالَ
لَوۡ
شِئۡتَ
لَتَّخَذۡتَ
عَلَيۡهِ
أَجۡرٗا
٧٧
Și au pornit mai departe până ce au ajuns la oamenii unei cetăți, de la care au cerut mâncare, însă aceștia nu au dorit să-i ospăteze. Și au găsit în ea un perete ce stătea să se prăbușească, iar el [al-Khidr] l-a îndreptat. Și [atunci] i-a zis [Moise]: „Dacă ai fi voit, ai fi obținut o plată pentru aceasta.”

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
The Story of repairing the Wall Allah tells us that
فَانطَلَقَا
(they both proceeded) after the first two instances,
حَتَّى إِذَآ أَتَيَآ أَهْلَ قَرْيَةٍ
(till when they came to the people of a town,) Ibn Jarir narrated from Ibn Sirin that this was Al-Aylah. According to the Hadith;
«حَتَّى إِذَا أَتَيَا
