۞ وَتَرَى
ٱلشَّمۡسَ
إِذَا
طَلَعَت
تَّزَٰوَرُ
عَن
كَهۡفِهِمۡ
ذَاتَ
ٱلۡيَمِينِ
وَإِذَا
غَرَبَت
تَّقۡرِضُهُمۡ
ذَاتَ
ٱلشِّمَالِ
وَهُمۡ
فِي
فَجۡوَةٖ
مِّنۡهُۚ
ذَٰلِكَ
مِنۡ
ءَايَٰتِ
ٱللَّهِۗ
مَن
يَهۡدِ
ٱللَّهُ
فَهُوَ
ٱلۡمُهۡتَدِۖ
وَمَن
يُضۡلِلۡ
فَلَن
تَجِدَ
لَهُۥ
وَلِيّٗا
مُّرۡشِدٗا
١٧
Și [dacă ai fi fost prezent] puteai vedea Soarele, când răsărea, cum se îndepărta de la peștera lor către dreapta, iar când apunea, trecea departe la stânga lor, în vreme ce ei stăteau într-un loc întins din ea. Aceasta este una din Minunile lui Allah. Cel pe care îl călăuzește Allah este bine călăuzit, iar celui pe care El îl duce în rătăcire tu nu-i vei găsi niciun ocrotitor călăuzitor.

The Location of the Cave This indicates that the entrance to the cave faced north, because Allah tells us that when the sun was rising, sunlight entered the cave
ذَاتَ الْيَمِينِ
(the right), meaning that the shade decreased towards the right, as Ibn `Abbas, Sa`id bin Jubayr and Qatadah said:
