وَلَقَدۡ
خَلَقۡنَا
ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ
مِن
صَلۡصَٰلٖ
مِّنۡ
حَمَإٖ
مَّسۡنُونٖ
٢٦
(காய்ந்தபின் ‘கன் கன்' என்று) சப்தம் கொடுக்கக்கூடிய பிசுபிசுப்பான களிமண்ணால் நிச்சயமாக நாமே (உங்கள் மூலப் பிதாவாகிய முதல்) மனிதனை படைத்தோம்.

The Substances from which Mankind and Jinns were created
Ibn `Abbas, Mujahid and Qatadah said that Salsal means dry mud. The apparent meaning is similar to the Ayah:
خَلَقَ الإِنسَنَ مِن صَلْصَلٍ كَالْفَخَّارِ - وَخَلَقَ الْجَآنَّ مِن مَّارِجٍ مِّن نَّارٍ
