Al-Háy 22:41 الذين ان مكناهم في الارض اقاموا الصلاة واتوا الزكاة وامروا بالمعروف ونهوا عن المنكر ولله عاقبة الامور ٤١
ٱلَّذِينَ
إِن
مَّكَّنَّٰهُمۡ
فِي
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
أَقَامُواْ
ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ
وَءَاتَوُاْ
ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ
وَأَمَرُواْ
بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِ
وَنَهَوۡاْ
عَنِ
ٱلۡمُنكَرِۗ
وَلِلَّهِ
عَٰقِبَةُ
ٱلۡأُمُورِ
٤١
Aquellos que, si les doy autoridad en la Tierra, cumplen con la oración, pagan el zakat, ordenan el bien y prohíben el mal. A Dios pertenece el resultado de todas las cosas.

Ibn Abi Hatim recorded that `Uthman bin `Affan said, "The Ayah:
الَّذِينَ إِنْ مَّكَّنَّـهُمْ فِى الاٌّرْضِ أَقَامُواْ الصَّلَوةَ وَآتَوُاْ الزَّكَـوةَ وَأَمَرُواْ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَنَهَوْاْ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ
(Those who, if We give them power in the land,
