Al-Baqarah 2:224 ولا تجعلوا الله عرضة لايمانكم ان تبروا وتتقوا وتصلحوا بين الناس والله سميع عليم ٢٢٤
وَلَا
تَجۡعَلُواْ
ٱللَّهَ
عُرۡضَةٗ
لِّأَيۡمَٰنِكُمۡ
أَن
تَبَرُّواْ
وَتَتَّقُواْ
وَتُصۡلِحُواْ
بَيۡنَ
ٱلنَّاسِۚ
وَٱللَّهُ
سَمِيعٌ
عَلِيمٞ
٢٢٤
Ir nenaudokite Allaho (Vardo) savo priesaikose kaip pasiteisinimo daryti gerą ir elgtis dievobaimingai, ir sutaikyti žmones. Allahas yra Visa Girdintis, Visa Žinantis (t. y. neprisiekinėkite per dažnai, o jei pasižadėjote padaryti kažką gero – tada duokite išpirką už priesaiką ir padarykite gerą). 1

The Prohibition of swearing to abandon a Good Deed
Allah commands, `You should not implement your vows in Allah's Name to refrain from pious acts and severing the relations with the relatives, if you swear to abandon such causes.' Allah said in another Ayah:
