Al-Baqarah 2:223 نساوكم حرث لكم فاتوا حرثكم انى شيتم وقدموا لانفسكم واتقوا الله واعلموا انكم ملاقوه وبشر المومنين ٢٢٣
نِسَآؤُكُمۡ
حَرۡثٞ
لَّكُمۡ
فَأۡتُواْ
حَرۡثَكُمۡ
أَنَّىٰ
شِئۡتُمۡۖ
وَقَدِّمُواْ
لِأَنفُسِكُمۡۚ
وَٱتَّقُواْ
ٱللَّهَ
وَٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ
أَنَّكُم
مُّلَٰقُوهُۗ
وَبَشِّرِ
ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ
٢٢٣
Ang inyong mga asawa maoy usa ka dapit sa pagpugas sa binhi alang kaninyo, busa umadto kamo sa inyong dapit sa pagtikad sumala sa inyong gusto1, apan, pagbuhat ug mga matarong nga buhat una sa inyong kaugalingon. Kahadluki ninyo si Allah ug hibalo-i nga makigkita kamo Kaniya, ug hatagi og maayong balita ang mga magtutuo.

Sexual Intercourse with Menstruating Women is prohibited
Imam Ahmad recorded that Anas said that the Jews used to avoid their menstruating women, they would not eat, or even mingle with them in the house. The Companions of the Prophet asked about this matter and Allah revealed:
