وَإِذۡ
قِيلَ
لَهُمُ
ٱسۡكُنُواْ
هَٰذِهِ
ٱلۡقَرۡيَةَ
وَكُلُواْ
مِنۡهَا
حَيۡثُ
شِئۡتُمۡ
وَقُولُواْ
حِطَّةٞ
وَٱدۡخُلُواْ
ٱلۡبَابَ
سُجَّدٗا
نَّغۡفِرۡ
لَكُمۡ
خَطِيٓـَٰٔتِكُمۡۚ
سَنَزِيدُ
ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ
١٦١
A hle, bylo jim řečeno: "Obývejte toto město a jezte z plodů jeho, kdekoliv chcete, a říkejte: ,Odpuštění!? a vstupujte do brány sklánějíce se! Tehdy vám odpustíme vaše hříchy a rozmnožíme těm, kdož dobré konají."

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
مِّنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَـبِ أُمَّةٌ قَآئِمَةٌ يَتْلُونَ ءَايَـتِ اللَّهِ ءَانَآءَ الَّيْلِ وَهُمْ يَسْجُدُونَ
(A party of the people of the Scripture stand for the right, they recite the verses of Allah during the hours of the night, prostrating themselves in prayer) 3:113,
وَإِنَّ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَـبِ
