وَجَٰوَزۡنَا
بِبَنِيٓ
إِسۡرَٰٓءِيلَ
ٱلۡبَحۡرَ
فَأَتَوۡاْ
عَلَىٰ
قَوۡمٖ
يَعۡكُفُونَ
عَلَىٰٓ
أَصۡنَامٖ
لَّهُمۡۚ
قَالُواْ
يَٰمُوسَى
ٱجۡعَل
لَّنَآ
إِلَٰهٗا
كَمَا
لَهُمۡ
ءَالِهَةٞۚ
قَالَ
إِنَّكُمۡ
قَوۡمٞ
تَجۡهَلُونَ
١٣٨
Ва Бани Исроилни денгиздан олиб ўтдик. Бас, улар ўз санамларига берилиб сиғинаётган қавм устига келдилар. Улар:» Эй Мусо, бизга ҳам худди уларнинг худоларига ўхшаш худо қилиб бер», – дедилар. У: «Албатта, сиз жоҳил қавм бўлаётибсиз.

The Children of Israel safely cross the Sea, but still held on to the Idea of Idol Worshipping
