كَدَأۡبِ
ءَالِ
فِرۡعَوۡنَ
وَٱلَّذِينَ
مِن
قَبۡلِهِمۡۚ
كَذَّبُواْ
بِـَٔايَٰتِ
رَبِّهِمۡ
فَأَهۡلَكۡنَٰهُم
بِذُنُوبِهِمۡ
وَأَغۡرَقۡنَآ
ءَالَ
فِرۡعَوۡنَۚ
وَكُلّٞ
كَانُواْ
ظَٰلِمِينَ
٥٤
ដូចជាអ្វីដែលបានកើតឡើងចំពោះបក្សពួករបស់ហ្វៀរអោន និងអ្នកជំនាន់មុនពួកគេនោះដែរ។ ពួកគេបានបដិសេជចំពោះសញ្ញាភស្តុតាងទាំងឡាយនៃព្រះជាម្ចាស់របស់ពួកគេ។ ហេតុនេះ យើងក៏បានបំផ្លាញពួកគេដោយសារតែបាបកម្មរបស់ពួកគេ។ ហើយយើងបានពន្លិចបក្សពួកហ្វៀរអោនឲ្យលិចលង់(ក្នុងទឹកសមុទ្រ)។ ហើយរាល់ក្រុមទាំងនោះ ពួកគេគឺជាពួកដែលធ្លាប់បានបំពាន។

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Allah affirms His perfect justice and fairness in His decisions, for He decided that He will not change a bounty that He has granted someone, except on account of an evil that they committed. Allah said in another Ayah,
