ذَٰلِكَ
بِأَنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
لَمۡ
يَكُ
مُغَيِّرٗا
نِّعۡمَةً
أَنۡعَمَهَا
عَلَىٰ
قَوۡمٍ
حَتَّىٰ
يُغَيِّرُواْ
مَا
بِأَنفُسِهِمۡ
وَأَنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
سَمِيعٌ
عَلِيمٞ
٥٣
دا په دې چې یقینًا الله د هغه نعمت بدلوونكى نه دى چې پر كوم قوم يې پېرزو كړى وي تر هغه چې هغوى هغه (حالت) بدل كړي چې د هغوى په نفسونو كې دى او دا په دې چې یقینًا الله ښه اورېدونكى، ښه پوه دى

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Allah affirms His perfect justice and fairness in His decisions, for He decided that He will not change a bounty that He has granted someone, except on account of an evil that they committed. Allah said in another Ayah,
