وَٱقۡتَرَبَ
ٱلۡوَعۡدُ
ٱلۡحَقُّ
فَإِذَا
هِيَ
شَٰخِصَةٌ
أَبۡصَٰرُ
ٱلَّذِينَ
كَفَرُواْ
يَٰوَيۡلَنَا
قَدۡ
كُنَّا
فِي
غَفۡلَةٖ
مِّنۡ
هَٰذَا
بَلۡ
كُنَّا
ظَٰلِمِينَ
٩٧
Na miyakarani so diyandi a bnar: Na samawto na giyoto! na masambolayang so manga kaylay o siran a miyamangongkir: (matharo iran:) "Hay dowan dowaan tano! Sabnar a miyatago tano ko da kayn´ngkaa sangkai; kna, ka mimbaloy tano a manga darowaka!"

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Those who have been destroyed, will never return to this World.
وَحَرَامٌ عَلَى قَرْيَةٍ
(And a ban is laid on every town) Ibn `Abbas said, "it is enforced", i.e., it has been decreed that the people of each township that has been destroyed will never return to this world before the Day of Resurrectio
