وَٱقۡتَرَبَ
ٱلۡوَعۡدُ
ٱلۡحَقُّ
فَإِذَا
هِيَ
شَٰخِصَةٌ
أَبۡصَٰرُ
ٱلَّذِينَ
كَفَرُواْ
يَٰوَيۡلَنَا
قَدۡ
كُنَّا
فِي
غَفۡلَةٖ
مِّنۡ
هَٰذَا
بَلۡ
كُنَّا
ظَٰلِمِينَ
٩٧
Isezerano ry’isango ry’ukuri ry’umuhero w’isi rizoba ryegereje, aho abagarariji bazoturumbura amaso kubera intureka z’uwo musi, bazokwisabira guhona bavuga bati: “Amagorwa arama yemwe! Ni ukuri, twari twagoswe mu kutibuka intureka z’uno musi ngo tuwitegurire, ahubwo mbere twarirenganije koko”.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Those who have been destroyed, will never return to this World.
وَحَرَامٌ عَلَى قَرْيَةٍ
(And a ban is laid on every town) Ibn `Abbas said, "it is enforced", i.e., it has been decreed that the people of each township that has been destroyed will never return to this world before the Day of Resurrectio
