ءَالِهَةٞ
تَمۡنَعُهُم
مِّن
دُونِنَاۚ
لَا
يَسۡتَطِيعُونَ
نَصۡرَ
أَنفُسِهِمۡ
وَلَا
هُم
مِّنَّا
يُصۡحَبُونَ
٤٣
Ngano, aduna ba silay mga diyos-diyos nga makapanalipod kanila batok Kanamo? Sila dili makahimo sa pagtinabangay sa ilang kaugalingon, ni adunay maka-luwas kanila batok Kanamo.

Allah says consoling His Messenger for the pain and insult caused by the mockery and disbelief of the idolators,
وَلَقَدِ اسْتُهْزِىءَ بِرُسُلٍ مِّن قَبْلِكَ فَحَاقَ بِالَّذِينَ سَخِرُواْ مِنْهُمْ مَّا كَانُواْ بِهِ يَسْتَهْزِء
