أَوَلَمۡ
يَرَ
ٱلَّذِينَ
كَفَرُوٓاْ
أَنَّ
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ
كَانَتَا
رَتۡقٗا
فَفَتَقۡنَٰهُمَاۖ
وَجَعَلۡنَا
مِنَ
ٱلۡمَآءِ
كُلَّ
شَيۡءٍ
حَيٍّۚ
أَفَلَا
يُؤۡمِنُونَ
٣٠
Wala ba makakita kadtong mga milimod ' Sa Kamatuoran' nga ang kalangitan ug ang yuta kaniadto nahiusa, unya gibahin namo sila? Ug Among gibuhat gikan sa tubig ang tanang buhi nga butang. Dili pa ba (gihapon) sila motoo?

Here Allah tells of His perfect might and power in His creation and subjugation of all things.
أَوَلَمْ يَرَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ
(Have not those who disbelieve known) means, those who deny His Divine nature and worship others
