At-Táuba 9:3 واذان من الله ورسوله الى الناس يوم الحج الاكبر ان الله بريء من المشركين ورسوله فان تبتم فهو خير لكم وان توليتم فاعلموا انكم غير معجزي الله وبشر الذين كفروا بعذاب اليم ٣
وَأَذَٰنٞ
مِّنَ
ٱللَّهِ
وَرَسُولِهِۦٓ
إِلَى
ٱلنَّاسِ
يَوۡمَ
ٱلۡحَجِّ
ٱلۡأَكۡبَرِ
أَنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
بَرِيٓءٞ
مِّنَ
ٱلۡمُشۡرِكِينَ
وَرَسُولُهُۥۚ
فَإِن
تُبۡتُمۡ
فَهُوَ
خَيۡرٞ
لَّكُمۡۖ
وَإِن
تَوَلَّيۡتُمۡ
فَٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ
أَنَّكُمۡ
غَيۡرُ
مُعۡجِزِي
ٱللَّهِۗ
وَبَشِّرِ
ٱلَّذِينَ
كَفَرُواْ
بِعَذَابٍ
أَلِيمٍ
٣
Dios y Su Mensajero anuncian a toda la gente en el día más importante de la peregrinación[1], que Dios ya no tiene ningún pacto con los idólatras, ni tampoco Su Mensajero. [¡Oh, idólatras!] Si se arrepienten [y abandonan la incredulidad] será mejor para ustedes, pero si se rehúsan no podrán escapar de Dios. A los que se negaron a creer anúnciales que recibirán un castigo doloroso[2], 1

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Allah says, this is a declaration,
مِّنَ اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ
(from Allah and His Messenger), and a preface warning to the people,
يَوْمَ الْحَجِّ الاٌّكْبَرِ
(on the greatest day of Hajj), the day of Sacrifice, the best and most apparent day of the Hajj rituals, during which the largest gathering confer
