شَرَّ

ٱلدَّوَآبِّ

عِندَ

ٱللَّهِ

ٱلصُّمُّ

ٱلۡبُكۡمُ

ٱلَّذِينَ

لَا

يَعۡقِلُونَ

Indeed, the worst of all beings in the sight of Allah are the ˹wilfully˺ deaf and dumb, who do not understand.¹
