Al-An’ám 6:98 وهو الذي انشاكم من نفس واحدة فمستقر ومستودع قد فصلنا الايات لقوم يفقهون ٩٨
وَهُوَ
ٱلَّذِيٓ
أَنشَأَكُم
مِّن
نَّفۡسٖ
وَٰحِدَةٖ
فَمُسۡتَقَرّٞ
وَمُسۡتَوۡدَعٞۗ
قَدۡ
فَصَّلۡنَا
ٱلۡأٓيَٰتِ
لِقَوۡمٖ
يَفۡقَهُونَ
٩٨
And it is He who produced you from one soul and [gave you] a place of dwelling and of storage.1 We have detailed the signs for a people who understand.

And He is the One Who originated you all from a single soul,1 then assigned you a place to live and another to ˹be laid to˺ rest. We have already made the signs clear for people who comprehend.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
وَهُوَ الَّذِى أَنشَأَكُم مِّن نَّفْسٍ وَحِدَةٍ
(It is He Who has created you from a single person,) 6:98 in reference to Adam, peace be upon him. In another Ayah, Allah said;
يَأَيُّهَا النَّاسُ اتَّقُواْ رَبَّكُمُ الَّذِى خَلَقَكُمْ مِّن نَّفْسٍ وَحِدَةٍ وَخَلَقَ مِنْهَا زَوْجَهَا وَبَثَّ مِنْهُمَا
