At-Taghabun 64:11 ما اصاب من مصيبة الا باذن الله ومن يومن بالله يهد قلبه والله بكل شيء عليم ١١
مَآ
أَصَابَ
مِن
مُّصِيبَةٍ
إِلَّا
بِإِذۡنِ
ٱللَّهِۗ
وَمَن
يُؤۡمِنۢ
بِٱللَّهِ
يَهۡدِ
قَلۡبَهُۥۚ
وَٱللَّهُ
بِكُلِّ
شَيۡءٍ
عَلِيمٞ
١١
No calamity befalleth save by Allah's leave. And whosoever believeth in Allah, He guideth his heart. And Allah is Knower of all things.

Allah informs us as He did in Surat Al-Hadid,
مَآ أَصَابَ مِن مُّصِيبَةٍ فِى الاٌّرْضِ وَلاَ فِى أَنفُسِكُمْ إِلاَّ فِى كِتَبٍ مِّن قَبْلِ أَن نَّبْرَأَهَآ إِنَّ ذَلِكَ عَلَى اللَّهِ يَسِيرٌ
