أَوۡ
كَظُلُمَٰتٖ
فِي
بَحۡرٖ
لُّجِّيّٖ
يَغۡشَىٰهُ
مَوۡجٞ
مِّن
فَوۡقِهِۦ
مَوۡجٞ
مِّن
فَوۡقِهِۦ
سَحَابٞۚ
ظُلُمَٰتُۢ
بَعۡضُهَا
فَوۡقَ
بَعۡضٍ
إِذَآ
أَخۡرَجَ
يَدَهُۥ
لَمۡ
يَكَدۡ
يَرَىٰهَاۗ
وَمَن
لَّمۡ
يَجۡعَلِ
ٱللَّهُ
لَهُۥ
نُورٗا
فَمَا
لَهُۥ
مِن
نُّورٍ
٤٠
Ori sunt asemenea întunecimilor dintr-o mare adâncă. Un val le acoperă, iar peste el un alt val, şi deasupra sunt norii: întunecimi peste întunecimi. Dacă cineva îşi întinde mâna, abia mai poate s-o vadă. Celui ce Dumnezeu nu-i dă lumină, acela nu are lumină.
