يَسۡتَمِعُونَ

إِلَيۡكَۚ

أَفَأَنتَ

تُسۡمِعُ

ٱلصُّمَّ

وَلَوۡ

كَانُواْ

لَا

يَعۡقِلُونَ

Some of them listen to what you say, but can you make the deaf hear even though they do not understand?
