عِبَادِي
لَيۡسَ
لَكَ
عَلَيۡهِمۡ
سُلۡطَٰنٌ

The Threat of Iblis to tempt Mankind, and Allah's Promise of Hell for him
Allah informed about the rebellion and arrogance of Iblis, in that he said to the Lord:
بِمَآ أَغْوَيْتَنِى
