وَٱتَّبَعۡتُ
مِلَّةَ
ءَابَآءِيٓ
إِبۡرَٰهِيمَ
وَإِسۡحَٰقَ
وَيَعۡقُوبَۚ
مَا
كَانَ
لَنَآ
أَن
نُّشۡرِكَ
بِٱللَّهِ
مِن
شَيۡءٖۚ
ذَٰلِكَ
مِن
فَضۡلِ
ٱللَّهِ
عَلَيۡنَا
وَعَلَى
ٱلنَّاسِ
وَلَٰكِنَّ
أَكۡثَرَ
ٱلنَّاسِ
لَا
يَشۡكُرُونَ
٣٨
Și eu am urmat religia strămoșilor mei Avraam, Isaac și Iacob. Nu se cuvine să-I alăturăm lui Allah nimic. Aceasta este din Harul lui Allah asupra noastră și asupra [tuturor] oamenilor, însă cei mai mulți dintre oameni nu aduc mulțumire.
