قُلۡ
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا
ٱلنَّاسُ
قَدۡ
جَآءَكُمُ
ٱلۡحَقُّ
مِن
رَّبِّكُمۡۖ
فَمَنِ
ٱهۡتَدَىٰ
فَإِنَّمَا
يَهۡتَدِي
لِنَفۡسِهِۦۖ
وَمَن
ضَلَّ
فَإِنَّمَا
يَضِلُّ
عَلَيۡهَاۖ
وَمَآ
أَنَا۠
عَلَيۡكُم
بِوَكِيلٖ

(ਹੇ ਮੁਹੰਮਦ ਸ:!) ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਖ ਦਿਓ ਕਿ ਹੇ ਲੋਕੋ! ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਕੋਲੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਰੱਬ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਹੱਕ ਸੱਚਾ ਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਸੋ ਹੁਣ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਕੋਈ ਸਿੱਧੇ ਰਸਤੇ ਆ ਜਾਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਬੇਸ਼ੱਕ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਲਈ ਹੀ ਸਿੱਧੇ ਰਾਹ ’ਤੇ ਆਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਕੁਰਾਹੇ ਪਵੇਗਾ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਲਈ ਹੀ ਕੁਰਾਹੇ ਪਵੇਗਾ ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਵਕੀਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਾਂ।

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
وَمَآ أَنَاْ عَلَيْكُمْ بِوَكِيلٍ
(And I am not set over you as a guardian) This means, `I am not a guardian over you in order for you to become believers. I am only a warner to you and guidance belongs to Allah, the Exalted.' Concerning Allah's statement,
وَاتَّبِعْ مَا يُوحَى إِلَيْكَ وَاصْبِرْ
(And
