إِنَّا

جَعَلۡنَا

فِيٓ

أَعۡنَٰقِهِمۡ

أَغۡلَٰلٗا

فَهِيَ

إِلَى

ٱلۡأَذۡقَانِ

فَهُم

مُّقۡمَحُونَ

We have placed iron collars on their necks, so they are reaching up to their chins, and their heads are forced to remain upwards.
