تَطَيَّرۡنَا
بِكُمۡۖ
لَئِن
لَّمۡ
تَنتَهُواْ
لَنَرۡجُمَنَّكُمۡ
وَلَيَمَسَّنَّكُم
مِّنَّا
عَذَابٌ
أَلِيمٞ

ਉਹ (ਬਸਤੀ ਵਾਲੇ) ਆਖਣ ਲੱਗੇ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਤਾਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਮਨਹੂਸ (ਬੇ-ਭਾਗ) ਸਮਝਦੇ ਹਾਂ, ਜੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਬਾਜ਼ ਨਾ ਆਏ ਤਾਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਪੱਥਰ ਮਾਰ-ਮਾਰ ਕੇ ਮਾਰ ਸੁੱਟਾਂਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਕਰੜੀ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਮਿਲੇਗੀ।
