واستعينوا بالصبر والصلاة وانها لكبيرة الا على الخاشعين ٤٥
وَٱسْتَعِينُوا۟ بِٱلصَّبْرِ وَٱلصَّلَوٰةِ ۚ وَإِنَّهَا لَكَبِيرَةٌ إِلَّا عَلَى ٱلْخَـٰشِعِينَ ٤٥
وَٱسۡتَعِينُواْ
بِٱلصَّبۡرِ
وَٱلصَّلَوٰةِۚ
وَإِنَّهَا
لَكَبِيرَةٌ

Các ngươi hãy cầu xin sự phù hộ bằng tấm lòng kiên nhẫn và lễ nguyện Salah. Quả thật lễ nguyện Salah chắn hẳn là điều nặng nề và khó khăn nhưng đối với những người thực sự kính sợ (Allah thì nó không khó khăn và nặng nề chút nào).

What I love about this verse is the fact that Allah is inviting you to aid. He is not saying to deal with life passively, but exactly the opposite. Be proactive in your search for Him each every moment of your day. Islam is all about إستَعانة, seeking help and knowing that Allah has not left you alone not for a split of a second. Where my tired body stands before you to find strength,
Where my busy mind comes to you to find peace,
Where my heavy heart calls out to you to find comfort,
Where my soul submits to you to find serenity,
For when I stand before You, I pray that,
wounds heal,
worries lift,
and Your love prevails.

We watch in utter despair without any humane intervention at the persecutation of our brothers and sisters. How does one cope with such levels of anxiety and distress?

1. Differentiation between wrong and right, and to accept wrong as wrong.
2. The next is to take steps to stand up against it and eradicate it.
